Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP)

The Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP) was established by the s10总决赛竞猜 General Assembly in 2008 with a mandate to:

  • develop a work-program for implementing the 45 adopted Development Agenda recommendations;
  • monitor, assess, discuss and report on the implementation of all recommendations adopted; and for that purpose to coordinate with relevant s10总决赛竞猜 bodies; and
  • discuss IP- and development-related issues as agreed by the Committee, as well as those decided by the General Assembly.

The Committee reports and makes recommendations annually to the General Assembly.

It is composed of all s10总决赛竞猜 member states and is open to the participation, as observers, of all intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations with permanent observer status in s10总决赛竞猜, and of other IGOs and NGOs admitted by the Committee on an ad hoc basis  (more information on CDIP accreditation).
